UZIO Mobile Enhancements — February 2026
This article covers Mobile App improvements included in the February 2026 release.
Employer Resources on the Mobile App
Employees can now access all company-shared resources directly from the UZIO mobile app — no more hunting through emails or external portals.
A new Resources section is available in the app menu (Menu → Resources), where employees can find everything their employer has shared with them, including:
- Links — policy pages, training portals, benefit information, and more
- Documents — PDFs, handbooks, forms, and other uploaded files
Login Accounts and MFA on the Mobile App
Employees can now manage their login credentials and security settings entirely from the UZIO mobile app, without needing to log in to the web portal.
From the app, employees can:
- Register their UZIO account if they haven't done so yet
- Connect social sign-in options — Google, Microsoft, and LinkedIn
- Update their username or password at any time
We've also expanded security controls with full 2-Step Authentication (MFA) management on mobile. Employees can set up, manage, and remove MFA methods directly from the app.
Signing I-9 Section 1 on the Mobile App
Following the rollout of I-9 Section 1 signing on the web portal in our last release, this capability is now available on the UZIO mobile app as well.
To get started, employees navigate to Menu → Documents and tap Fill and Sign on their assigned I-9 form. From there, they can:
- Enter required Section 1 details
- Provide supporting document information
- Upload document images
- Electronically sign and submit the form
Once Section 1 is submitted, the workflow automatically moves to the employer, who completes Section 2 from the Employer Portal.
