In this release, we have made significant improvements around visibility, personalization, and automation across Scheduling, Time Off, and Payroll processes.
Persistent Scheduling View
Previously, every time a scheduling manager navigated away from the Scheduling screen or logged back into the system, they were defaulted to the employee view of the current week. This required users to reselect their previous filters, views, and scroll position, causing inefficiency and frustration.
We’ve introduced Persistent Scheduling View to enhance scheduling efficiency for managers. The system now remembers your last selected view, whether it’s the week/day/month, location/employee mode, applied filters, search criteria, or visibility settings (like cost/hours), so you land exactly where you left off when you return to the Scheduling screen.
Enhanced Time Off Balance Report
We've improved the Time Off Balance Report based on client feedback to support better analysis and reduce manual cleanup. Key enhancements include:
- New Columns Added:
- Employee Status (Active/Terminated)
- Work Location
- Hourly Rate (calculated for salaried employees)
- Time Off Policy Status (Active, Expired, Deactivated, Unassigned)
- Accrual Unit (Hours/Days)
- Cleaner Formatting:
- All balance columns now show plain numeric values—no “Hour(s)” or “Day(s)” suffixes.
UZIO – Paycor Integration
The UZIO–Paycor Integration enables seamless data exchange between UZIO’s benefits administration platform and Paycor’s payroll system. It ensures:
- Accurate Syncing of employee profiles from Paycor to UZIO, and payroll deductions/contributions from UZIO to Paycor.
- Improved Efficiency by eliminating manual data entry
- Enhanced Data Integrity across Benefits and Payroll systems
This integration streamlines operations and helps maintain compliance with up-to-date benefits and payroll information.
