Accepting Your Offer

Purpose

You have been offered a job through UZIO. This article covers reviewing the offer, signing and accepting it, declining it, and what happens next.

Accept your offer

  1. Open the Invitation email holding your Offer of Employment and click Get Started.
  2. Read the offer letter that opens.
  3. Click Sign and Accept Offer, then draw or upload your signature.

Your employer is notified as soon as you sign.

What happens next

Accepting the offer is what moves you forward in UZIO. Your employer then invites you to complete self-onboarding, and that invitation is what lets you create your UZIO account. Until you have been invited to onboard, UZIO will not let you register, so there is nothing to set up before this step.

The invitation normally arrives as a separate email shortly after you accept. See Completing Your Self-Onboarding.

Offers expire

Every offer carries an expiry date. Once it passes, the link no longer works and your employer has to share the offer again. If the offer has already expired, contact your recruiter or HR contact and ask them to re-share it.

Declining

To decline, click Decline Offer. Your employer is notified.

Questions about the offer

UZIO delivers the letter; it does not set its terms. Anything about salary, start date, job title or conditions goes to the recruiter or HR contact at the company that made you the offer.

On the mobile app

Accepting an offer is not available in the UZIO mobile app, and you do not have a UZIO account at this point in any case. Open the link from the invitation email in a web browser, on a computer or on your phone.
