Enhanced Security: CAPTCHA for Web Login

To further protect your account from bot attacks and unauthorized login attempts, we have introduced CAPTCHA verification on the login page.

What You Need to Know:

• CAPTCHA verification will now appear when logging into your UZIO account.
• Your login process remains simple, just complete the CAPTCHA when prompted.
• Please inform your users and downstream teams about this change to ensure a smooth login experience.

UZIO Payroll Enhancements

Work Location Field in Reports

A Work Location field has been added to the Payroll Summary Report, Assigned Deductions Report, and Payroll Custom Report.

For Payroll Custom Report Users:

• This field will not be automatically added to existing custom report templates. However, users can manually select and include it when generating reports or save into the existing template.

Manage Pay Stub Visibility

To meet specific business needs, payroll administrators can now control pay stub visibility for employees during or after a payroll run.

How It Works:

• During Payroll Approval: On the Employee Payroll Summary Details screen, click the employee's name. In the top-right corner, you will see a checkbox to show or hide the pay stub.
• After Payroll is Approved: Go to Payroll History, select the payroll run, click Actions, then the employee's name. The same checkbox will be available in the top-right corner

Tax Display Changes

The tax display name for the following taxes has been updated to remove the term 'FICA' which represents both Social Security Tax and Medicare. This change was made to bring more clarity.
