Purpose
Your document home in UZIO: forms you've signed, paperwork your employer assigned, and files you upload yourself.
Find your documents
My Info > Documents (or the My Documents Quick Link on your home page). You'll see documents you've completed — onboarding forms, signed policies, your I-9 — and anything you've uploaded.
Note — your Form I-9. The I-9 lives here too, under Tax and Compliance. You complete Section 1 yourself; your employer completes Section 2 afterwards, and the finished form stays on this screen. If you have an I-9 waiting on you, Completing Section 1 of Form I-9 walks through every field. Once you sign Section 1 you cannot edit it — tell your HR administrator if you spot a mistake, and they'll assign you a fresh form.
Documents waiting on you
Assigned documents show up in Your Action Needed on your home page ("You have N document(s) assigned to you to review and sign") — click through, read, fill any required fields, and sign. Clear these promptly; employers often gate other steps on them.
Upload your own
From the Documents section, upload files you want on record (certifications, licenses, notes for HR). Assume your employer can see what you upload — this is an employment record, not private storage.
Note — expiry reminders. A document you upload here can carry an expiration date, and reminders are only sent when that date is filled in along with a reminder date and frequency. Documents collected during onboarding are not tracked for expiry automatically. If you need a reminder before a licence or certification lapses, set those fields when you upload it, and check with your HR administrator that they're seeing the same reminders you are.
On the mobile app
Documents are not available in the UZIO mobile app. View, sign and upload them in the employee web portal, on a computer or in your phone's browser. See Using the UZIO Mobile App.
